There’s no excuse for store-bought dessert at your next dinner party. Instead, create this semi-homemade peach cobbler that comes together in a snap. The recipe calls for just two ingredients!
Baked until crisp on top, this cobbler becomes the perfect dessert for a crowd. By the end, it’ll be hard to believe it was so easy to make. When you are having a long day, sometimes you just need a quick and easy pick-me-up that will also have the house smelling amazing. This recipe is it!
Although this cobbler is delicious as is, you can also make the dish your own. Choose oatmeal-raisin or confetti cookie dough in place of the sugar cookie dough for something a little bit different. Spices or a touch of bourbon will make the peaches really sing.
